NEAR Hackathon

My team and I proposed this idea for the NEAR Hackathon in early March.

The idea is called NFTranscripts.

Essentially, we treat transcripts as immutable NFTs so they can be transferred to other institutions in a secure manner. Normally they have to be physically sealed and mailed.
